Cancellation Policy
Tastes Beyond Borders – Membership Policies (Summary) Tastes Beyond Borders is a global culinary initiative uniting chefs and food lovers through the shared values of cultural preservation, innovation, and exchange. The following outlines the key policies of our membership program: 🔹 Membership Tiers Chef Ambassador – 1 per country, by invitation only. Represents national culinary identity and participates in official projects. Experienced Chef – 10+ years of culinary experience. Eligible for features, collaborations, and leadership roles. Culinary Member – Students, educators, and professionals. Access to mentorships, forums, and content. Amateur Member – Food lovers and home cooks supporting the movement through learning and participation. 🔹 Fees & Terms Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance. Annual fees: Ambassador (€1,000), Experienced Chef (€250), Culinary Member (€120), Amateur Member (€50). Fees are non-refundable after a 7-day cancellation window. Renewal reminders will be sent before expiry. 🔹 Code of Conduct All members must act with professionalism, respect, and integrity. Discrimination, abuse, or misuse of title or branding will result in suspension or termination. 🔹 Brand Usage Members may use digital badges, certificates, and titles relevant to their tier. TBB logo or name cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission. Chef Ambassadors may use the title “Chef Ambassador – [Country]” only while active. 🔹 Events & Opportunities Event access varies by tier and availability. Travel and accommodations are self-funded unless otherwise stated. Conduct during events must align with TBB values and local laws. 🔹 Privacy & Communication All personal data is securely stored and used only for internal communication. Members agree to receive updates, invites, and newsletters. Opt-out is available at any time. 🔹 Termination & Disputes Membership may be revoked for violations of conduct, payment failure, or misrepresentation. Appeals may be submitted in writing within 15 days of notice.
