The Souq

Al Zel Market

The chefs explored Al Zel Souq, Riyadh’s historic marketplace known for its vibrant atmosphere, traditional crafts, and aromatic spices. The visit allowed them to experience authentic Saudi culture firsthand, connecting the culinary journey with the roots of local traditions

Saudi Food Festival

Explore the Local taste

The team took part in the Saudi Food Festival, a major national event highlighting the richness of Saudi gastronomy. Through live cooking shows, tasting sessions, and cultural interactions, chefs showcased local ingredients and regional recipes, promoting the fusion between tradition and modern culinary innovation.

AlUla

The chefs visited the Old Town of AlUla, a remarkable historical site where ancient stone and mud-brick houses tell the story of centuries of Arabian civilization. Desert Camp
