Ömer Yalçın, born in Gaziante, Turkey, is a passionate culinary professional with a rich heritage as the 5th child of an Arab father and Turkish mother.
He graduated from Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism High School and embarked on a remarkable gastronomic journey that has taken him across the globe, from Turkey to the UAE, Russia, Kazakhstan, and beyond.
As the Vice President of the Chefs Club Association and organizer of prestigious events like the Gastroantalya International Competition and Michelin Chefs Four Hand dinners, Ömer has made significant contributions to the world. Currently, he serves as the Area Director of Culinary at Pickalbatros Hotels & Resorts, one of the leading hospitality groups in Egypt and Morocco.
